• Offer clear information about consultancy services and courses.

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate, verifiable, and complete information.
• Not use the platform for fraudulent activities or activities that infringe on third-party rights.
• Understand that the platform acts as an intermediary and is not a direct party in the final financial transactions between companies.

3. Limitation of Liability

Usedload is not responsible for:

• Financial or investment decisions made by users based on information on the platform.
• The absolute accuracy of valuations provided by third-party consultants.
• The content of advertisements posted by users or for the outcome of negotiations between parties.
• Temporary technical interruptions of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

Consultancy services and courses are provided "as is," without implied warranties of result.

4. Payment and Refund Conditions

Fees for premium services (consultancy, courses) will be communicated explicitly and transparently before order confirmation. Any promise of a "guaranteed refund" or "100% result" is excluded. Specific refund conditions will be detailed in the individual contract for each purchased service.

5. Termination of Use
